About the role

In this position you will report directly to the VP of Marketing, and you will be responsible for the development and management of B2B digital marketing programs, implementation and results. You will be experienced in managing all online marketing efforts for brand position and awareness across all digital channels.
You will be responsible for lead generation, website development, email marketing, marketing automation and online content creation. In this position you will help shape the B2B marketing strategy in all elements of digital marketing including branding, digital advertising, SEO, SEA, social media, analytics and digital events in order to support our commercial objectives.
In this role, collaboration with our global teams, customers and partners is essential to increase Marketing’s contribution to revenue. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.
Excellent communication and writing skills are essential and experience of the speech technology industry would be an advantage. You must be confident and capable of working as part of team, working autonomously, and working to deadlines.

Task & Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable results and manage marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, email, social media and display advertising
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams and the PR and Content Specialist to create landing pages and mailing campaigns to optimise user experience
• Develop and enhance conversion points and optimise user funnel engagement. Building SQLs and MQLs
• Collaborate with agencies and other partners to support our digital marketing endeavours (website, photography, video and design)
• Evaluate emerging technologies and perspective for adoption, where appropriate
• Manage all aspects of digital events including sales webinars
• Provide monthly reports on utilisation and effectiveness of digital marketing channels
• Oversee marketing lead generation to support the Sales Teams to meet their annual objectives
• Provide short and long term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B customers globally
• Develop and execute B2B marketing plans including PPC, email campaigns, webinars and website updates
• Working closely with our web agency ensuring website maintenance, interactivity, tracking and security
• Working with the PR and Content Specialist to produce high quality content, including blogs, case studies, e-books, white papers, product documentation, reports, emails, presentations and other forms of written material
• Creating and circulating the internal and stakeholder newsletters with targeted information and insight
• Provide cover for MarCom team members during periods of leave.

What you will do in your first 3 months

• Setting up our marketing automation hub with workflows – generating and nurturing leads
• Take a leading role in the refresh of our external website, ensuring that our value proposition is clear and that our buyer personas and user journeys are optimised
• Position and present our company online as a market leader in call automation for contact centres
• Heavy involvement in a new product release for Q1.

Skills & Experience

• 3 + years’ experience of managing digital marketing for a global, B2B tech company working with multiple language and territories
• Experience working daily with Salesforce and HubSpot/Pardot to nurture, track and report on lead conversions
• Experience in Google AdWords, LinkedIn Advertising and Twitter Advertising
• Experienced in delivery a pipeline of qualified, high quality leads
• Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience over multiple channels and touch points
• Experience in managing social media marketing channels developing tailored, segmented content
• Experienced using marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot/Pardot/ MailChimp)
• Proven track record in delivering digital campaigns with measurable conversion rates
• Experience of simplifying complex information into understandable, digestible information
• Experience of developing a variety of multimedia content
• Experienced in monitoring and analysing user journeys and interactions with online marketing tools including Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Solid awareness and understanding of data protection including GDPR
• Be a creative thinker with a strong visual eye and attention to detail
• Strong team work ethic but also possess the ability to work autonomously on projects
• Strong written and communication skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the desire to make a difference.
Nice to have
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be extremely advantageous
• Experienced in Adobe packages including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Previous experience gained in speech technology
• Experience of working in telecoms, banking or insurance.
