Currently we are hiring a Sales operations specialist. The person will be part of the sales team, formed by sales managers, technical presales and marketing with the objective of selling Verbio’s solutions to our customers.

About the role

Currently we are hiring a Sales operations specialist.
The person will be part of the sales team, formed by sales managers, technical presales and marketing with the objective of selling Verbio’s solutions to our customers.
We most definitely want you if you love to create, implement and maintain sales processes, tools and reports that improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our business development teams. The person in this role will act as a trusted advisor to our stakeholders and become an extension of our business development efforts that translates into productivity in achieving objectives.

Task and Responsibilities

• Defining, implementing and maintaining sales processes, tools and reports within the sales department.
• Collecting and providing clear, reliable and traceable relevant information about sales activity and performance. That includes sales funnel and forecast management, sales KPIs
analysis, incentives schemes, and strategic initiatives monitoring.

As part of this tasks you will

• Take part in defining and driving initiatives to improve sales analytics and transparency.
• Support Commercial team on managing Sales systems to keep full disclosure, data traceability and information quality over all commercial leads and opportunities.
• Make sales forecasts
• Monitor sales pipeline and revenues targets achievement.
• Manage CRM data
• Create and maintain dashboards in Salesforce.
• Take part in initiatives to improve databases scope and quality.
• Lead or contribute to business intelligence improvement or strategic initiatives.

Skills and Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in sales operations/analysis or research position
• Proficiency with Salesforce and knowledge of Salesforce architecture to generate reports and dashboards (no development needed).
• Process oriented: proposing improvements and leadership in the implementation
• You’re passionate about problem-solving and have strong analytical skills
• You are able to quickly model business concepts and clearly communicate findings (written and orally).
• High understanding of how sales processes work.
• Implementation of knowledge/ training initiatives for onboarding and upskilling for Sales.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Languages: English will be your main language, but Spanish or any other languages are a plus.
• Sales Enablement experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous data analysis or business administration experience.
• Ability to lead complex tasks with minimal direction, develop new strategies, and approach challenges independently.
• Able to build trust across cross functional teams, senior leadership, and have strong data management skills.
• Masters or Bachelors in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering.
