Reporting to the EVP of North America, the new Sales Engineer Manager will be responsible for successfully supporting the sales team in positioning Verbio products and services in the marketplace:

  • Supporting the Sales team with proposal, presentations, product positioning and ROI calculation
  • Developing and designing the technical points of the proposals (architecture, sizing, tasks, timing), and making the required changes prior to customer acceptance.
  • Developing System Architecture Requirements and Diagrams
  • Demonstrating Verbio products and services suite differentiating the Verbio product offering/services within the market and being able to prepare new demos.
  • Serving as the technical point-of-contact ensuring all partners and customers receive the required support
  • Providing continuous engineering support throughout the project management of installations from inception through implementation.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit customers’ needs.
  • Advising customers on how best to use the products or services provided.
  • Training partners/customers
  • Maintaining knowledge and proficiency with industry components & standards
  • Acting as technical project manager when required

Qualified candidates will bring the following experience and competencies to our team:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of speech technology and IVR sectors and applications
  • Hands on experience in software development
  • Business acumen
  • Exceptional planning/organization skills
  • Experience in application development is a plus
  • Confident verbal/ presentation/written communication skills
  • The ability to work both independently as well as part of a team
  • Professional work ethic, proven problem solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Committed, Proactive, Resolute and Passionate are key traits of your personality
